What a great server. If your ever have a chance to stop at the Red Lobster in Hot Springs Arkansas. Stop by and ask for Bill to be your server. For over 10 years my In Laws have been having lunch and dinner at this location. During that time they have raved about the service Bill provides. Well we stopped today for Mother's Day lunch. They requested Bill and let's just say, it was one great service. Bill is a ball of good time and the food was like any Red Lobster always Par for the course. What a great time, Bill topped off the afternoon. Thanks Bill, keep it up.

Came in late, about an hour before closing. I hate doing that but our day ran late. The waitress treated us like we were her first table, she was super sweet. The food was delicious and fresh. I know it's not seafood but I often crave their Cajun Chicken Pasta, and it was great as usual. Had to wait for a while for the fresh hot Cheddar Bay biscuits, mmmmmm. Wife had the Lobster Pizza, it was good, nothing to write home about. Best part was the service, and the plane was super nice and clean.

Went for lunch Friday, had Katie as a server. She was rude & short with us. Never brought us water or asked if we wanted an appetizer, I literally had to ask for one. The food was mediocre at best. I know it's a seafood restaurant but the smell should have been our first clue. This used one of our favorite places to go. Not any more.

Great place! One of the cleaner, more friendly locations. I'm from Ohio, so I'm used to the rude people but the servers here are SO SO nice. Our waitress was wonderful. She came around often to ask if we needed refills or anything, and made sure that we were enjoying our meals. Portions here are large - much larger than those at Red Lobster back home. Would definitely come here again!

Went there late in the evening, 9pm, waiter was not the greatest. My wife wanted a drink and he failed to ask for the drink. I had to tell him to brink us a soft drink. Food was ok, nothing great, but what do I expect from Red Lobster. The inside just made me feel that they hadn't cleanded in a year. The food was mediocre and the staff didn't impress. They charge top dollar for what you get and I don't believe we will return.

Kaleigh our waitress was great, and our food was as well. However the past four times we've eaten here over the past 2 years, my wife and I agree that the entire restaurant smells like a spoiled or soured dish rag. I don't know how to fix it, but I know other Red Lobsters don't seam to have an issue. It's hard to enjoy your dining experience with a bad smell. However after being there for a while the smell seems to go away.

Nice staff. Sweet tea is good. Biscuits are addicting. Need more vegetables with the meal. Also the noise level can be an issue depending on the nights you go.

The food is usually excellent here, whether it's a busy weekend or a slow weeknight. I almost always order the snow crab legs or the shrimp cocktail (or both). However, occasionally the service is slow and the food doesn't taste fresh. It seems to be either a hit or miss here, and it may have more to do with the size of your party. Literally every time I eat here with one other person (party of 2), we're served quickly and the food is delicious. When I'm here with a large party (more than 4 people), my order is usually mixed up with someone else's at my table, the wrong temperature, and not particularly fresh-tasting.

Tried the all you can eat shrimp and I was stuffed. The biscuits are great and so is their sweet tea. I do wish they offered more vegetables with the meal, the salad is small and I prefer a balanced meal.

This Red Lobster deserves to be just above a 3 star at a 4 star for me. The service is always great here, but what really gets me is that they actually know how to cook a medium rare steak! The steak here is like the insider secret for a decent steak at a chain here in town. Sure, they do great lobster, shrimp, and have good combo plates, but it's the steak that really stands out for me here. There are better places for a steak in town, but you can't go wrong trying one here. I enjoy their food and service and will come back here many times, as it is close to me, and has consistent quality (I've been here probably four times already).

Continues to disappoint. My wife ordered the four course special Instead of coming out in courses; ie: Appetizer first, then soup, salad, then entrée, It all came out At the same time, Which is not the dining experience I expect at a fine restaurant. Service was good. And if this was a one time chance occurrence I wouldn't think anything of it. But this is happened more than once and it just shows this place continues to disappoint. Simply not a good value.
